Nicolas Goyard

Nicolas Goyard, a Frenchman who grew up in New Caledonia, won the PWA foil world title in 2019 and the slalom world title in 2021, raced on foils. At Tiberias in 2021 he won five of the seven slalom races in about 30 knots of wind.
